All prices in USD. Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed entirely through Shopify — LensPath never sees or stores your payment-card details.
Pricing questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can install LensPath and use every feature for 14 days before any charge. Billing only begins if you keep the app after the trial, and it’s handled through Shopify’s standard app-billing flow.
What counts as a “location”?
A location is a physical store/branch you manage in the admin panel — each with its own lens pricing, eye-test bookings and settings. Your plan tier is determined by how many locations you run.
How am I billed?
Monthly, in USD, through Shopify’s billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. LensPath does not collect or store any payment-card data.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If you add locations beyond your current tier, you can move up to the plan that fits. Changes take effect through Shopify’s subscription management.
What happens if I uninstall?
Billing stops, and all shop-scoped data is purged within the window required by Shopify. See our Privacy Policy for details.
